-7 THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K. LAKSHMAN CRIMINAL PETITION No.9 OF 2O2O ORDER:
Learned Public Prosecutor placed on record the written instructions dated O2-01-2020 submitted by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Abids Police Station and the same is made as part of the record. From a perusal ol the same, it is revealed that the investigation was completed, final report was filed before the concerned Magistrate ald it was numbered as C.C.No.21315 of 2019. In view of the same, the subject matter in the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
Accordingly, the Crimina-l Petition is dismissed as infructuous, granting liberty to challenge the final report, if so, advised. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this I l criminal petition, shall stand closed.
