THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.36533 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking to declare the action of 2nd respondent in issuing letter, dated 11.06.2016, for freezing petitioner company's Bank Account No.744044038712, to the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, set aside the same.

Heard and perused the material available on record. After hearing the arguments and after perusing the records, this Court is not inclined to grant the relief sought for by the petitioner.
