HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1916 OF 2018 JUDGMENT:

In I.A. No.1 of 2018 in W.P. No.17139 of 2018, the petitioner sought interim direction to consider his case to the post of Gazetted Headmaster Grade-II in any of the existing vacancies in the Siddipet Rural Mandal, while disposing of representation dated 30.04.018. This Court by the order dated 18.06.2018 granted interim direction as prayed for. Alleging inaction on the representation, this Contempt Case is filed.

2. The learned Government Pleader for School Education produced the proceeding of the Regional Joint Director of School Education, Hyderabad, dated 16.08.2018, whereunder in respect of the petitioner, he was informed that his case would be considered at appropriate time after the orders of Government on conduct of Zonal Promotion Committee.

3. In view of the above decision communicated to the petitioner, it cannot be stated that the respondents have violated the orders of this Court willfully and deliberately warranting further continuation of proceedings.

4. Therefore, the Contempt Case is closed. It is needless to observe that the petitioner can work out his remedies before the appropriate authorities. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Contempt Case stand closed.
