This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent - Corporation in not considering the petitioners application dated 31.12.2013 seeking permission for construction of house comprising ground + first floor.

No interim order was granted by this Court. However, from the docket proceedings, it appears that on 06.12.2014, the Court was informed that on 17.02.2014, the order rejecting the application for building permission was passed. 3.

As no further steps are taken to amend the prayer in the writ petition and since the application for building permission was already rejected, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
