HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY WRIT PETITION No.36528 of 2015 ORDER : (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R.Subhash Reddy) In this writ petition, the petitioner seeks direction for disposal of E.A.No.38 of 2013 in C.C.No.1026 of 2007 pending before the 2nd respondent- Forum.

Heard learned counsel for both parties.

The final orders passed in C.C.No.1026 of 2007 were modified in F.A.No.208 of 2010 by the State Commission. As against the same, the matter was carried by way of Revision Petition to the National Commission, which dismissed the Revision confirming the order of the State Commission. In as much as the State Commission passed orders in F.A.No.208 of 2010 on 29.04.2011 and the aforesaid E.A was filed in the year 2013, there is no reason in keeping the matter pending for such a long time.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent - Forum to pass appropriate final orders in E.A.No.38 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from today.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
