Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.

The case of the petitioner is that her husband, who was working as a fair price shop dealer of shop No.0809024 of Gogula Dinne of Markapuram Mandal in Prakasam District, expired on 01.05.2017, and the same was informed to the sixth respondent. Consequent to his death, the petitioner, who is his wife, submitted an application for consideration of her case in accordance with G.O.Ms.No.4, Consumer Affairs, Food and Civil Supplies (CS-I) Department, dated 28.02.2014, since she is eligible to be appointed as a fair price shop dealer. She further submits that her family consists of an unmarried daughter, a son, and the other two daughters were living with their in-laws, and the family is in financial difficulties. When no action was taken on her representation, the present Writ Petition was filed.

Learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that though the petitioner claimed that she is 39 years in the affidavit filed before this Court, she is aged about 46 years as per the ration card issued to her and aged about 51 years as per the aadhaar card and thus, she is not eligible to be appointed as a fair price shop dealer. He further submits that the two children are minors.

circumstances, they are also not entitled to be appointed as a fair price shop dealer in the vacancy caused by the death of the husband of the petitioner. However, these facts are to be verified by the concerned authority.

After going through the representation submitted by the petitioner on 15.05.2017 to the third respondent, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition, but directs respondent Nos.3 and 4 to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ________________________________ (A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J) 27.06.2017 vs
