THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION Nos. 20712 and 20779 of 2017 COMMON ORDER:

These two writ petitions are being disposed of by this common order as they were filed for the same relief, which reads as under: " ..to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the SubCollector-cum-Revenue Divisional Officer, Bhadrachalam, the 3rd respondent herein, to refer the petitioner's application to the Authority under the Right to Fair compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 and to pass such other order or orders in the interest of justice."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in identical circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.18543 of 2017 and batch vide order, dated 06.07.2017, referring the matters to the Authority under the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013 for enhancement of compensation.

In view of the above, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents to refer the matters to the Competent Authority under the above stated Act, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
