This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the order dated 10.11.2008 passed in Crl.R.P.No.29 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional Sessions Judge, Guntur. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the criminal petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
