While this Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by A.3 to quash the proceedings against him in Cr.No.94 of 2013 of Khammam Rural Police Station, Khammam District, learned Additional Public Prosecutor by filing a letter dated 5-6-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Khammam Rural Police Station would submit that Case No.34 of 2013 on the file of I Additional District Judge, Khammam (relating to Cr.No.94 of 2013) was ended in acquittal on 19-9-2016 and prayed to dismiss the petition as infructuous.

Learned counsel for the petitioner reported no objection. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
