ORDER:

Petitioner questions the inaction of the second respondent in considering his application dated 12.08.2014.

2. However, the application of the petitioner is not in conformity with G.O.Ms.No.55 Transport, Roads & Buildings (Roads-1) Department dated 08.04.2003 as well as the latest G.O.Ms.No.18 Transport, Roads & Buildings (Roads-1) Department dated 18.01.2013. Hence, petitioner is at liberty to make an appropriate application in terms of the aforesaid G.O.'s before the competent authority and if such an application is filed, the competent authority shall consider the same in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders. The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. _____________________ VILAS V.
