HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.592 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.60 of 2014 from the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, and transfer the same to the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District, at L.B.Nagar, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. He further submitted that the presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.60 of 2014 may be dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded and the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The presence of the petitioner in F.C.O.P.No.60 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge Court, Sanga Reddy, Medak District, is dispensed with on each and every date of adjournment. However, she shall appear before the said Court as and when her presence is so required. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any filed in this civil miscellaneous petition, shall stand closed.
