cc_1366_2017 JUDGMENT: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This contempt case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order dated 10-03-2016 as modified by the subsequent orders. 2.

At the hearing, Sri K.Lakshman, learned Assistant Solicitor General, has submitted that order dated 22-12-2106, by which the application filed by the respondent for further extension of time was dismissed, was carried to the Supreme Court by filing a Special Leave Petition and that he has received information that the Supreme Court passed an order today i.e. on 13-10-2017 by extending time till 31-10-2017 for completing the inquiry and passing appropriate orders.
