Sri Rama Krishna appearing for petitioner submits that during pendency of writ petition, a few developments have taken place on the identity of property and also the petitioner is found to be not an encroacher of the property dealt with by proceedings dated 22-03-2013. He wishes to file representation before 4th respondent and/ or alternatively appeal before the appellate authority.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed by granting liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.
