As per the instructions received by the learned Public Prosecutor, on P.T. warrant in Crime No.100 of 2017 of Eluru II town Police Station, West Godavari District, the petitioner/accused, by name Jonnavittula Sree Rama Chandra Durga Prasad, was produced and he is taken to judicial custody.
