The case of the petitioner is that he submitted representation dated 08.09.2016 to survey and fix boundary lines to the land admeasuring Ac.14.00 cents in RS.No.82 and Ac.5.52 cents in RS.No.84/1, 2, 3, 4, situated at Darbhagudem Village of Jeelugumilli Mandal, West Godavari District, before the 3rd respondent. As no orders are passed on the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2016 is pending before the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the same and take action in accordance with law.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
