HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 19055 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 3 and 4 in not allowing the petitioner to discharge his duties as Field Assistant in the office of the 4th respondent without their being any suspension or removal orders from the 3rd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction is also sought to the respondents 3 and 4 to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant in the office of the 4th respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner was appointed as Field Assistant and the respondents without assigning any reasons are preventing the petitioner from discharging his duties and, therefore, appropriate orders may be passed directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to discharge his duties.

Having considered the said submission and perused the record, this Court is of the considered view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking posting orders.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a representation to the respondents seeking posting orders, within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of

this order, and upon receiving such representation, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon within four weeks thereafter.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
