Learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this PIL and submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if their representation, dated 05.10.2015 (annexure P3) is considered by the concerned authority. The PIL is dismissed as not pressed.
It is not clear whether the representation has been delivered to the concerned authority. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be given an opportunity to make a fresh representation on or before 16.10.2015. It is open to the petitioner to do so and if any such representation is made, we hope and trust that the concerned authority shall consider the same in proper perspective.
