The complaint of the petitioners is that respondent No.4 has not been registering the FIR on their complaint dated, 11.09.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on receiving written instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioners, FIR No. 331 of 2017 has been registered on 10.10.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 468 and 471 IPC and investigation is under progress.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
