CVNR,J & GSP,J W.P.No.25844 of 2018 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce one Yahiya Bahmeed - the brother of the petitioner before the Court and set him free. 2.

At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate General (T.S.) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, has submitted that the alleged detenu was arrested on 24.07.2018 in connection with crime No.209 of 2018 on the file of respondent No.2 Police Station registered for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 294 and 370 I.P.C. and was produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate, who remanded him to judicial custody. The above submission of the learned Assistant Government Pleader is not disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

In the light of the subsequent event as noted above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, I.A.No.1 of 2018 filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
