Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that she was dismissed from service as Police Constable on 14-11-2005 by 4th respondent pursuant to her conviction in a Criminal Case in respect of an offence under the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, but the Crl.A.No.1711 of 2005 filed by her against the said conviction was allowed on 09-10-2014; that the petitioner had given a representation on 18-05-2016 to 4th respondent seeking reinstatement into service and that 4th respondent has not passed any orders thereon. 3.

Learned Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that 4th respondent will consider the said representation within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 4th respondent to consider the said representation of the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
