HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 3213 of 2016 ORDER:

The petitioner seeks mutation of his name in the revenue records and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in his favour. He made an application to the 4th respondent on 18.01.2016 in Form 6(A) under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971. Alleging the inaction on the part of the 4th respondent in disposing of the said application, the petitioner filed the writ petition.

In the circumstances, the 4th respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's application, if not already considered, and pass appropriate orders within two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand dismissed.
