This petition is filed by the petitioner-A11 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to dispense with his presence in C.C.No.28 of 2013 on the file of the Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases at Hyderabad. Heard and perused the material available on record. Considering the limited prayer sought by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.

"The presence of the petitioner in the above C.C. before the learned Principal Special Judge for CBI Cases, is dispensed with except on the dates when his presence is specifically insisted by the learned Special Judge. The petitioner is directed to be represented by a Counsel in the above C.C. on all hearing dates." Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.
