This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents in not considering the petitioner representation dated 06-02-2017 for change of linkage as per the clause 2.0 of the work order 7600006552 dated 29-08-2016 and also issuing fresh tender notice No.ER116o0139 dated 09-02-2017 for transportation of Coal from Medipalli. OCP to STPP&GDK.l CHP for period of one year as illegal, null, void, arbitrary and contrary to the clause 2.0 of the work order 7600006552 dated 29-08-2.016 and consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner representation dated 06-02-2017 for change of linkage as per the clause 2.0 of the work order 7600006552 dated 29-08-2016 by setting a side of the tender notice No.ER11600139 dated 09-02for transportation of Coal from Medipalli.OCP to STPP&GDK.l CHP for period of one year issued by the respondents."

The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is non-consideration of the representation dated 06.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned standing counsel that the said representation filed by the petitioner herein will be considered, in accordance with law and appropriate orders will be passed.

Recording the said submission, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the matter, directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 06.02.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
