This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the orders of this Court in W.P.No.11796 of 2015 dated 22.04.2015. When the case is called, both learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader submits that the order of this Court has been complied with and the learned counsel for the contempt petitioner submits that petitioner does not wish to prosecute the contempt case.
