HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.1440 OF 2017 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. to enlarge them on bail in the event of their arrest in Crime No.18 of 2017 of Ongole II Town Police Station, Prakasham District, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 324 of I.P.C. and Section 3(i) (V), (2) VA of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, apprehending their arrest in connection with the above crime. Petitioners herein are A.1 to A.4 in connection with the above crime.

During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the parties entered into compromise and proposing to withdraw the complaint.

When the complaint is proposed to be withdrawn, the question of granting pre-arrest bail does not arise.

Hence, this Criminal Petition is disposed of giving permission to the petitioners to withdraw the complaint, if they intend to withdraw the same.
