It is stated by Sri V.Raghu, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the lis in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.8221 of 2015 dated 26.03.2015 and the same is not disputed by the learned Government Pleader for Endowments as well as Sri V.Venugopala Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the 3rd respondent. In view of the same and for the reasons alike in the aforesaid orders dated 26.03.2015 in W.P.No.8221 of 2015, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
