THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY C.R.P.No.1404 OF 2011 ORDER:

Despite listing the matter under the caption 'for dismissal', neither learned counsel for the petitioners appeared nor they represented themselves or through any counsel. Sri K.S.Gopala Krishnan, learned counsel for the respondents represented that during pendency of the revision petition this Court directed the 3rd respondent not to create third party interest in and over the property in question and that the appeal filed by petitioners 1 to 3 itself is dismissed. Therefore, the revision petition is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the civil revision petition is dismissed and the interim order granted earlier is deemed to have been vacated automatically. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
