HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B. VIJAYSEN REDDY WRIT PETITION Nos.35730, 35742 and 37109 OF 2022 COMMON ORDER: (ORAL) Mr. Gajanand Chakravarthi, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that subject matter of these writ petitions is squarely covered by a common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.34806 of 2022 and batch dated 21.09.2022, as such, these writ petitions may be disposed of in terms thereof, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, following the aforesaid order dated 21.09.2022 in W.P.No.34806 of 2022 and batch, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the business activities of the petitioners till the orders passed by the Honourable Apex Court in SLP(C) Nos.1656 and 5399 of 2022 are in operation, and further, the Director General of Police has also issued the Circular to all the concerned and contrary to the same, if any action is initiated by any of the Officers, the same shall be viewed seriously. The common order dated 21.09.2022 in W.P.No.34806 of 2022 and batch shall be annexed to this order. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in these writ petitions stand closed.
