THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.2497 OF 2010 ORDER :

It is represented by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner seeks a direction to declare the impugned proceedings dated 18.01.2010 as violation of Articles 14, 16 and 311 of the Constitution of India and to set aside the same. This Court passed interim suspension of order on 11.02.2010 operative for a period of four weeks and the same was not subsequently extended. Hence, the cause in the writ petition does not survive. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
