ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondents in refusing to receive the application of the petitioner for building permission to construct the new building by dismantling the existing building over the portion of building consisting of ground floor and first floor, bearing premises No.1-9-292/1/2/1, admeasuring 190 square yards, situated at Vidyanagar, Hyderabad, on the pretext of non-enclosing the TSLR Certificate and No objection Certificate, as illegal and arbitrary.

2. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.26364 of 2009 on 03.12.2009 giving certain directions and that the present case is covered by the said judgment, which is not disputed by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

3. In view of the said representation and following the judgment dated 03.12.2009 in W.P.No.26364 of 2009, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to receive and process the application of the petitioner without insisting on production of T.S.L.R. and No Objection Certificate from the revenue authority. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. Annex a copy of the said order along with this order.
