The petitioner prays for the following relief: "...writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondent authorities in trying to demolish the buildings in an extent of Ac. 9.00 cents situated at Sy. No. 230/1-2 of Krishnapuram village, Boodavada Panchayat, Marripadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without conducting survey and without following due process of law as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents not to demolish the buildings in an extent of Ac 9.00 cents situated at Sy. No 230/1-2 of Krishnapuram village Boodavada Panchayat, Marripadu Mandal, SPSR Nellore District..."

The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions which read as follows:

".. the land allotted to the jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya in the above said survey numbers is under encroachment and after showing the boundaries of the land to the writ petitioner in Sy.No.230/1-2 Ac.9.00, further steps to evict the encroachment in Sy.No.230/1-1, 228/2,732/2 and 226/1 will be initiated as per law. As the private school sheds were found to be in encroached land, they were given sufficient time, only after showing the boundaries to the writ petitioner land in Ac.9.00 in Sy.No.230/1-2 as per procedure, further steps shall be initiated." The stand of the respondents is placed on record and the writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
