This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of official respondents in entrusting the contract work of setting up of water plant in Challavaripalle Village, Garminapenta Panchayath, Kondapuram Mandal, Nellore, to the sixth respondent, as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the purpose of filing the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
