THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2785 of 2016 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to set aside the order dated 13.1.2016 in Crl.M.P.No.2015 of 2015 in C.C.No.172 of 2015 passed by the learned IX Special Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hasthinapuram, R.R.District.

The petition is not maintainable and the same is accordingly dismissed. The petitioners are at liberty to prefer an appeal, if they are aggrieved by the impugned order.
