The grievance of the petitioner - Society, is that the 4th respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Khammam Rural Police Station, is not registering the crime in pursuance of its complaints dated 30.06.2018 and 26.07.2017. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 4th respondent stating that in pursuance of the complaints of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.264 of 2018 was registered and investigation is taken up.

Recording the above statement of the 4th respondent, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
