THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No.36137 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) The Writ Petition was filed assailing the public notice dated 06.10.2015 for sale of the secured assets through e-auction issued by the IDBI Bank Limited, Hyderabad.

Under the said notice, the sale was proposed to be held on 06.11.2015.

By order dated 05.11.2015, this Court directed that any sale shall be subject to further orders in the writ petition. It is now represented by Sri S.Arun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that the sale proposed to be held on 06.11.2015 pursuant to the impugned sale notice dated 06.10.2015 did not materialise. 4.

That being so, challenge in the writ petition to the said sale notice is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

The Writ Petition is dismissed accordingly on this short ground. All issues are left open and the petitioner is at liberty to invoke remedies available under law as and when a fresh cause of action arises.
