HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN WRIT APPEAL No.999 OF 2018 JUDGMENT (ORAL) : (Per the Hon'ble the Chief Justice Sri Thottathil B. Radhakrishnan) It is submitted by the learned counsel on either side that the issue raised in this writ appeal would be covered by the terms of the judgment dated 27.07.2018 in W.A.No.1002 of 2018 since the cases are similar. 2.

Hence, we adopt the judgment dated 27.07.2018 in W.A.No.1002 of 2018 and order this writ appeal on terms similar to those contained in the said judgment.

The Writ Appeal is ordered accordingly. We request the learned single Judge to expedite final disposal of the writ petition from which this writ appeal arises. No order as to costs. 4.

In the meanwhile, the impugned order will stand vacated and there will be a direction that status quo as on today will be maintained for a period of four (4) months, within which the learned single Judge will endeavour to dispose of the writ petition from which this writ appeal arises.

HCJ & VRS,J WA No.999 of 2018 As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in the Writ Appeal stand dismissed.
