HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI THOTTATHIL B. RADHAKRISHNAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.Nos.36234, 26095 AND 28640 OF 2018 Common Order: : (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. The subject matter of these three writ petitions is, either a challenge is laid to G.O.Ms.No.86 dated 26.06.2018 or seeks the implementation of the said G.O. as prayed for. Ms.V.Uma Devi referring to the written instructions received from respondent No.1 informs the Court that on 02.07.2018 the G.O. is kept in abeyance and the High Court is considering the matter on administrative side.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. By leaving all the contentions open for consideration, as and when the cause of action if arises again, the writ petitions are closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending stand closed.
