When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent-Municipality that if the private properties of the petitioners are required for any public purpose, due process of law would be followed by the respondents. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
