This Civil Revision Petitions is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dated 08.02.2016 passed in E.A.No.153 of 2015 in E.P.No.56 of 2010 in O.S.No.304 of 2007 on the file of the Court of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District. At the time of arguments, the only relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner is to direct the trial court to dispose of the E.P.No.56 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of directing the learned Principal Junior Civil Judge, Rayachoty, YSR Kadapa District to dispose of the E.P.No.56 of 2010 in O.S.No.

304 of 2007 as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
