HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10815 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.292 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad.

2) The defacto-complainant, A2 representing A1 as G.P.A.Holder and A3 are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences.

Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defactocomplainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.292 of 2015 on the file of XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
