THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.8493 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner - Accused No.1 under Sections 437 & 439 of Criminal Procedure Code seeking to grant bail in Crime No.133 of 2015 of Kopthapeta Police Station, East Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 286, 337, 338 and 304(ii) IPC and 9 (B)(i)(a) of the Explosive Substances Act.

Heard and perused the material available on record. A reading of the compliant discloses serious allegations against the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
