This criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1749 of 2025 against the petitionersAccused Nos.2 and 3 on the file of the ll Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-Vl Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Medchal Malkajgiri District at L.B.Nagar, for the offences under Sections 85, 118(1), 351(2) of the BNS and Sections 3 and 4 of \ \ the D.P.Act, 1961.

Heard Sri V.Yadu Krishna Sainath, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State. 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his arguments to the extent of dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial court.

Leamed Additional Public Prosecutor submitted to pass appropriate orders in the petition.

However, in view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the attendance of the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 is dispensed with before the trial Court, unless their presence is specifically required during the course of trial, provided that they shall be represented by their counsel on every date of hearing.
