The Tr.C.M.P. is filed to withdraw the F.C.O.P. No.967 of from the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court, Warangal.

2) Heard both sides. Perused the material on record. 3) The petitioner herein is the wife of respondent No.1 and respondent No.1 herein is the husband, who filed the F.C.O.P. No.967 of 2015 for the relief of divorce. The petitioner herein sought for transfer of F.C.O.P. No.967 of 2015 to Family Court at Warangal of Telangana State stating that there are other cases pending between the parties viz., DVC case and criminal case filed under Section 498-A IPC.

4) The said criminal case and D.V.C are triable by the Magistrate, though they are no way connected to the present case of the Family Court to be tried and as the respondents agreed, for the sake of convenience instead of going to Visakhapatnam, to transfer F.C.O.P to the Family Court Warangal to attend all the matters eventually at Warangal.

5) Transfer Petition is allowed. F.C.O.P. No.967 of 2015 on the file of Judge, Additional Family Court, Visakhapatnam is withdrawn and transferred the same to Family Court, at Warangal to dispose of the matter according to law. No order as to costs.

6) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
