The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring G.O.Ms.No.230, G.O.MS.No.238 and G.O.Ms.No.239, dated 11.10.2016, whereunder new Districts have been formed by the State of Telangana, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

The petitioner requested for Manjeera District comprising of people speaking four languages.

In view of formation of new Districts, it appears, the petitioner is no more interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for default. No order as to costs.
