HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.25986 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that though FIR No.283/2017 and 120/2018 were registered basing on the complaints lodged by her husband, no action has been taken by the respondent police till date; and as such, she made representation dated 21.06.2018 to the 3rd respondent to take action against the third parties who are trespassing into their land and harassing them. As no action has been taken on the said representation, present writ petition is filed. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that basing on the complaint of the petitioner's husband, FIR No.283/2017 was registered under Section 447, 506 IPC; that again on 16.06.2018 based on the petitioner's husband complaint FIR No.120/2018 was registered under Section 447, 427, 506, r/w.34 IPC; and that both the cases are under investigation for collection of evidence. It is further submitted that earlier, some cases were registered against the husband of the petitioner.

Since it is stated that already enquiry is conducted on the complaint of petitioner dated 21.06.2018, the respondent

No.4 is directed to take appropriate action on the complaint of petitioner, in accordance with guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh (2014) 2 SCC 1.

Accordingly the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. _____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 26.07.2018 t k.
