The grievance of the petitioner - Society, is that the 3rd respondent - Sub Inspector of Police, Rallabuduguru Police Station, Chittoor District, is not registering the crime in pursuance of its complaints dated 28.06.2018 and 17.07.2017.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent stating that in pursuance of the complaints of the petitioner, case in Cr.No.80/2018 dated 28.07.2018 under Sections 379, 447, 427 and 341 of IPC, was registered against the 6th respondent and investigation is taken up.

Recording the above statement of the 3rd respondent, writ petition is disposed of.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
