The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the matter has been settled out of Court and that an Award has been passed by the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad.

In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat Bench at Hyderabad. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this revision shall stand closed.
