This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 04.08.2016 passed in I.A.No.259 of 2015 in O.S.No.18 of 2008 on the file of the Court of the Junior Civil Judge, Pargi, Ranga Reddy District. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the trial Court disposed of the above suit on 01.03.2017. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
