Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development appearing for the first respondent, Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.2 to 5 and Sri M.Venkata Rami Reddy, learned counsel appearing for the sixth respondent, apart from perusing the material on record. The only grievance of the petitioner, in the present Writ Petition, is the alleged inaction on the part of the respondent-GHMC authorities in taking action on the representation, dated 21.06.2018, wherein the petitioner made a request to stop the constructions being carried on by the unofficial respondent herein. Since the representation, dated 21.06.

2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, is pending consideration before the respondent-GHMC, and taking into consideration the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-GHMC authorities to verify the said representation, dated 21.06.2018, and take appropriation action, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, including the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as expeditiously as possible.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
