Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner made representation dt.24.02.2016 to the 2nd respondent for conducting exhibition in PWD ground from 02.04.2016 to 16.05.2016 and that no order has been passed by the 2nd respondent till date.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 states that the 2nd respondent will consider the petitioner's representation and pass orders thereon within four

(04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
